Manufacturing Facility
We have an annual capacity of 7200 tons with two PLC based extrusion presses of 600 MT and 1450MT assisted by all high end ancillary equipment, which are capable of manufacturing high quality extruded profiles. To cater to customer needs efficiently, we have series of machineries that comprises of our manufacturing facility.
Casting Facility
Our Casting facility comprises of Furnace along with Hot Top casting Machine and Spectrometer. We have the ability to cast in different alloy as per the requirement. To compliment the base machines, we have Homogenizing Furnace and Billet Ultrasonic facility for superior quality of Billets and thus Profiles.
Extrusion Facility
We have 2 PLC based Extrusion press of 638 Mt and 1450 Mt each. Our 1450 Mt press is front loading press coupled with servo motor based triple head puller for delivering unmatched dimensional accuracy. All other Auxiliary machines are world class to have better control over the paramenters.
Metal Finishing Facility
We have both Anodising and Powder Coating facility in house to add value to the product and to give Customer one stop solution. Our Anodising facility is a PLC based Automatic plant supported by fully equipped Laboratory for producing next level anodized profiles. We have the capability of anodizing and powder coating profiles upto 6 meters of lengths.
Product Development Facility
We have a fully dedicated NPD Team for product designing and profiling. Apart from all conventional machineries, we have a Die Simulation System for developing dies for producing elite class extrusion profiles.
