Balaji Aluminium Extrusions Pvt. Ltd. is a precision aluminium profile manufacturer located in Bahadurgarh, Haryana, within the Delhi NCR industrial corridor. Incorporated in 2009 and commissioned for production in 2013, the company supplies automotive OEMs, architectural fabricators, solar energy manufacturers, defence integrators, transportation equipment makers, and medical device producers across India and export markets including the United States, Europe, and Africa.

Manufacturing Capabilities

Extrusion Presses

Two hydraulic extrusion presses — a 638 MT press and a 1,450 MT press — with a combined annual capacity of 7,200 metric tonnes.

In-house Die Design

Die design handled entirely at Balaji, enabling faster tooling turnaround, tighter dimensional control, and profile-specific optimisation without external dependency.

One-Stop Finishing

Anodizing and powder coating performed in-house under a single quality system — eliminating multi-vendor coordination and ensuring end-to-end traceability.

Sustainable Energy

Powered in part by a 630 kWp on-site solar installation, avoiding approximately 1,310 tonnes of CO₂ annually.

Automotive Grade Facility

Balaji Aluminium holds IATF 16949 certification — the international standard for automotive quality management systems, audited by TÜV NORD CERT GmbH. The facility is PPAP-capable, supporting Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive supplier requirements including dimensional reports, material certifications, and process capability studies.
