- Expertise in developing a wall thickness upto 0.4mm profile (“0.4mm walls thickness : because sometimes , less is really more .”)
- Experienced in controlling & maintaining precise dimension tolerance within range of +-0.1mm (Maintaining perfect dimensions is easy – just ask anyone who loves precision to +- 0.1mm!)
- Capable of producing cylindrical pipes with a concentricity of 0.03 (“A pipe with With 0.3 concentricity ? That’s what I call a round of applause “)
- We understand the customer’s application and then develop the profile.
- Pipe testing facility to conduct hydrostatic testing of 16 bar pressure (Testing pipes at 16 Bar? That’s one way to keep things from leaking out !)
- Equipped with latest printing machine for lot identification onto our products .(“Our new printer is so good , it can label a product faster than you can say “Where’s my order?”)
- Indeed ! A tensile strength of 350MPA has been attained , exceeding the EN standard.
