We have trained tool room staff equipped various machineries such as DRO fitted Milling Machine, Lathe Machine, Surface Grinder, Bench Grinder, Bench Drill Machine, Hardness Testing Machine which helps in producing even most critical profiles.

Spectrometer

Special care is taken in alloying of the Metal and in house spectrometer with high accuracy helps in achieving the desired alloy.

Ammonia Gas Nitriding Machine

Diverting from the orthodox method of salt based Nitriding of the extrusion dies, we do nitriding in Ammonia gas which gives profile a distinct look which can be felt even after Powdercoating, anodizing etc.

We have obtained ISO certification and have embedded sufficient quality control checks in our production line to fulfill the commitment of providing unmatched quality to our customers.

Use Of LPG

We use LPG instead of Oil in all of our extrusion process so that the brightness in the metal can be preserved.
