LME revises Financial OTC Booking Fee rules effective today – 01 October 2025
Under LME’s modernization plan, the revised FOTCBF rates for lookalike trades come into effect on 1 October 2025.

• The Consultation on Enhancing Liquidity followed the publication in September 2024 of the White Paper on Enhancing Liquidity (the White Paper) and the subsequent Update on Enhancing Liquidity (the Update) in April 2025, which can all be found here, along with the Decision Notice published today.
• Member Notice 25/122 LMEselect Trade at Settlement Functionality setting out the details for TAS contracts can be found on the LME website.
